Description
Classroom Session
Session 1: Emergency Response to Railroad Incidents - Learn about railroad operations, hazards, and safety rules. Density Study Overview. Rail hazmat safety and emergency response procedures are reviewed. CSX / First Responder on-scene incident expectations.
Hands-On Exercise
Hands-On Exercise: Utilizing Tank Car protective housing props, attendees will learn about the various valves and fittings. They will learn about basic construction, function and common failure points on the tank cars.
Important Details
Required Safety Gear: Safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, long pants, and steel toe or composite toe boots.

Registration will remain open until the event. Walk-ins are welcome to register on-site at the training event, however we strongly encourage pre-registration.
