Description
Classroom: Gain an understanding of the basic safety and response considerations for emergencies involving the potential or actual release Chlorine Gases.
Hands-On:
- Salvage Container with A Kit (Pete Kirk will bring A kit not Salvage Container)
- B Kit (Pete Kirk to bring)
- C Kit (Pete Kirk to bring)
- JCI possibly bringing their own Kits (ton container training pad and salvage container)
Important Details
Required Safety Gear: Steel toed safety shoes and safety glasses when out of the classroom, are required. Hard hats will be provided if necessary but given the location of the training, will not be required (includes protected area in truck bay for breakout sections).
Please advise the instructor(s) of any pre-existing medical condition(s) that may preclude you from participating in any field exercise. Stay hydrated and alert.
Be at the site by 8 AM for registration. Depending on registration and training needs, the training schedule may be adjusted prior to event.
