Description

This is a facilitated, discussion-based tabletop exercise for St. Clair County, Illinois responders.

An introductory overview will be provided on industrial refrigeration and ammonia basics.

A basic release scenario of ammonia will be provided via an incident overview and ICS 201. 

Two response modules will be discussed:

Module 1: Discovery / Initial Response (0 - 2 hrs)

Module 2: Monitoring / Mitigation (2 - 24 hrs)
