Description

This webinar will provide knowledge and insights for emergency responders regarding hydrogen, a rapidly emerging alternative fuel with various applications across industries. 

Webinar Presenter: 

Dr. Christina Baxter, a nationally recognized expert in hazardous materials and CBRN emergency response.

Dr. Baxter was a co‑founder of Hazard3, a HazMat/CBRN training company that was acquired by Safeware Inc. in 2023. Prior to Hazard3, she served as the CBRNE Program Manager for the U.S. Department of Defense Combating Terrorism Technical Support Office (CTTSO), where she was responsible for developing and fielding domestic and international next generation capabilities for the CBRNE countering terrorism response elements.

Dr. Baxter holds a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the Georgia Institute of Technology and brings more than 25 years of experience in the hazardous materials and CBRN response community. She remains actively engaged in teaching, research, and standards development, with a strong focus on translating science into practical guidance for first responders.
